Meet Randy
With over two decades of proven success in the automotive industry, professional Sales and Leadership Coach Randy Hibbard has built a career on consistently delivering top-tier results in both sales and management. A multiple-time recipient of the Toyota Sales Excellence Award and President’s Award for dealership-wide performance, he has also earned recognition as Salesman of the Year and a frequent “Salesman of the Month.”
A graduate of NADA Dealer School, Randy has held multiple leadership positions including Used Car Manager, New Car Manager, F&I Director, General Sales Manager, and Assistant General Manager. In each role, he has led sales departments to year-over-year increases in gross and net profit while fostering high-performing, motivated teams. His deep understanding of financial statements and dealership operations has been key to sustained growth and profitability.
In addition to his automotive expertise, Randy brings five years of experience in the construction industry, where he excelled as a top-producing salesperson, project manager overseeing more than 30 concurrent projects, and sales manager who set records for sales, profit, and margin. He is deeply passionate about the art and psychology of sales and about helping others reach their full potential.
Originally from Arizona, Randy has lived in Florida, Texas, Alabama, Kentucky, and now Tennessee. He resides in a suburb of Nashville with his wife, Megan, and their six children. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, cheering for the Tennessee Titans, surf and deep-sea fishing, and traveling with his family, especially to the beach. Above all, he values the privilege of raising his children to live successful and meaningful lives.
