Polina began her sales career as a university student in Bulgaria when she joined the Southwestern Advantage summer internship program in 2014. Over the course of 10 summers, she sold educational products door-to-door across the United States and the United Kingdom, working on straight commission. She quickly emerged as a top performer and inspiring leader, recruiting, training, and coaching salespeople while growing her organization’s total sales year over year.
Polina is a firm believer in discipline, structure, and personal growth. Her strength lies in helping others unlock their potential through practical coaching in time management, mindset, communication, and advanced sales systems. Whether she’s leading a team meeting, hosting a one-on-one coaching call, or presenting in front of a group, her passion for helping people achieve their goals shines through.
In addition to her direct sales experience, Polina worked as an Online Reputation Consultant, helping businesses improve their visibility and results through digital strategy and tailored outreach. Her professional background also includes an internship at a Bulgarian law firm, where she developed client-focused service and organizational skills.
Polina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of National and World Economy and a second bachelor’s in tourism management. She recently earned her master’s degree in marketing management and is currently finishing another master’s in leadership and management in education at New Bulgarian University.
Her mission is simple but powerful: to help people grow into confident, capable professionals who are in control of their time, income, and impact. She believes in leading by example, living with intention, and building a career that reflects both purpose and excellence.
Polina is originally from Shumen, Bulgaria, and brings a global mindset to her coaching. A passionate traveler, she has explored four continents, visited 23 countries across Europe, and traveled through 11 U.S. states, gaining insights into cultures, people, and leadership around the world.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring new places. Her favorite quote, “Discipline equals freedom,” perfectly captures her belief that structure and accountability are the foundation of true personal freedom.
