
Meet Paul
As a professional Sales and Leadership Coach with Southwestern Consulting, Paul brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Training, and Coaching to help others achieve their goals. Throughout his career, he has “carried the bag” as a high-performing sales professional, led top-producing teams, and coached hundreds of B2B Sales Representatives across industries including Business Supplies, SaaS, and Mortgage, working with Fortune 500 companies like Staples and Aramark.
Coach Paul is passionate about developing both front-line Sales Associates and Sales Leaders in hunter and farmer roles. Paul is highly skilled at bringing practical, high-impact coaching to life. His specialties include cold calling, phone prospecting, appointment setting, discovery conversations, overcoming objections, and confidently closing the sale.
A lifelong student and teacher of the game, Paul is focused on mindset, process, and execution. He helps clients shorten the sales cycle, close deals faster, and lead with purpose. His coaching philosophy centers on helping others “Set the Tone” and “Finish Strong,” with a deep belief in T.E.A.M. – Together Everyone Achieves More.

He holds an MS in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University and a BA in Communication from William Paterson University.
Outside of work, Coach Paul enjoys spending time outdoors in Ormond Beach, Florida – especially on the Pickleball courts. He also bikes, hikes, swims, and proudly supports his son’s dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot.
