Daria Zwiefka is a professional Sales and Leadership Coach at Southwestern Consulting based in Poznań, Poland where she helps leaders achieve their goals in both business and life. Some of her professional accomplishments include:

• Over nine years of experience in sales, sales management, recruiting, and leadership.
• Seven years of experience with Southwestern Advantage, the oldest direct selling company in the United States, where she began her sales journey by selling educational materials door-to-door in the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.
• Recruiting and training people in her team and becoming an organization leader after just two years in the company.
• Winner of the Growth Award, Silver Sales Certificate, and a two-time Top Experienced Award recipient.
• Over five years as a partner and marketing manager at Open Rate, a sales and prospecting agency working with companies from Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, the U.S., and the UK.
• Experience working with both traditional businesses and startups, helping them enter new markets and increase sales, having approached over 7,000 people through cold email campaigns.
• Author of two e-books about outbound strategies and prospecting.

Daria graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a major in journalism. She later continued her education to earn a master’s degree in communication management and sales psychology. Through her studies and hands-on experience in these fields, she built a strong understanding of business and sales. She has a background in email marketing and assisting companies with prospecting.

In her free time, Daria is a huge runner—you can find her at the starting lines of half marathons and full marathons. She loves reading, traveling, and exploring new cultures around the world.  She strongly believes in hard work and consistency, embracing the mindset that nothing is impossible. She is committed to growth and improvement, knowing that there is always a way to move forward.
